Weather is looking great for Saturday 26th at 10.30 !

We'll bring new TeenRun T shirts and a big flag.

10.35 jog up St Peter's Ave to Meadowcroft Open Space

3 mini sessions being planned - running games, agility, sprints, fartlek ("speed play") and lots of fun

Group relay at the end - see if we can break the TeenRun record for 400m or 600m group relay (each person runs one part of the total 400-600m).

11.25 jog back, stretches and debrief
