Over the hour we also did: Warm-ups, Pursuits, Numbers (fartlek), 5m Explosive Tag, Mirrors, cool-down Some of us felt a little bit tired afterwards... in the best possible way of course! Giant Pac Man and a new TeenRun record

Weather is looking great for Saturday 26th at 10.30 ! We'll bring new TeenRun T shirts and a big flag. 10.30 warm up inside 10.35 jog up St Peter's Ave to Meadowcroft Open Space 3 mini sessions being planned - running games, agility, sprints, fartlek ("speed play") and lots of fun Group relay at the end - see if we can break the TeenRun record for 400m or 600m group relay (each person runs one part of the total 400-600m). 11.25 jog back, stretches and debrief 11.30 home time
