Bossing the 800m relay

Yesterday we ran the 800m TeenRun team relay in 2 min 36.47 sec !

Over the hour we also did:

Warm-ups, Pursuits, Numbers (fartlek), 5m Explosive Tag, Mirrors, cool-down

Some of us felt a little bit tired afterwards... in the best possible way of course!
